Send the item number (if possible) or the image of the item you require attached to the request form. We will inform you of the availability of the item, the delivery date and the price.

It may be possible but is subject to materials available. Note that the color of the finished product may be affected by seasonal variation as we use natural materials. As we do not accept returns based on unexpected color, please consider it carefully before placing an order.

We will take charge of all incurred costs. The price of the item includes all the shipping costs.

As for the made-to-order items, the indicated measurements are averaged values. Note that the actual measurements may differ slightly.

Our products are made from genuine leather and natural materials, and are hand crafted. Thus the final products may show irregularities in color, texture and finish.
If the flaw or damage that you found is other than those above, send a request for returns.

We will ship the product within 1 to 4 business days after receiving the order when it is in stock. The delivery schedule varies depending on the customs clearing and the delivery address.
As for the made-to-order items, refer to the delivery time indicated for each item.
The above shipping schedule is a rough guide. Should the ordered item be accidently damaged during the processing so that we are forced to delay the delivery date, we will inform you beforehand.

You cannot wash the leather items. As for the fabric items, see attached care tag.
