RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

N.B.

Please note the following features of our products before placing an order.

Our products are made from genuine leather and natural materials, and are hand crafted.

Thus the final products may show irregularities in color, texture and finish.

As for the made-to-order items, the indicated measurements are approximate. Note that the actual measurements may differ slightly.

To keep the original texture of the materials we do not use a color fixing agent, so their color may rub off onto other clothes.


We do not accept returns when :

  • the reason of return corresponds to any of the above list
  • the delivery address is out of Italy
  • more than 7 days have passed after delivery
  • the product has been used, mended, or washed
  • any accessory, tag or label is missing
  • the product including the box and the attached items has an unusual smell, stains or damage
  • the product has been damaged before returning
  • the reason is arbitrary (including typing mistakes on the order form)

We cannot accept return and cancellation the goods as for the made to order.

We do not accept cancellation once the order is placed even if the product has not yet been shipped.


Use the packing material that you received when returning the product.

Do not stick the return label directly on the shoe box when you return the shoes/boots.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if they are not correctly packed.


COST FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We will cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges when we send the wrong product or when it is defective.

If we do not have an exchangeable product in stock, we will refund you.


HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact online@incarnation.jp to inform us that you wish to return or exchange the product.
  2. We will reply to organize the return. Refer to the guide lines above to prepare to send back the product.
  3. Use the DHL return label which we prepare for you.

We do not cover the shipping cost if you return products using other delivery companies.
