BUFFALO SUEDE LEATHER STAND COLLAR MOTO UNLINED IM-1
A stand collar moto jacket featuring a clean and minimal design, crafted from buffalo suede with a refined and understated expression.
Designed without a lining, this model maintains a lightweight and effortless wearing experience. The matte suede surface creates a calm and sophisticated appearance, while softening the powerful character of buffalo leather. The snap button closure adds a casual element, making the jacket easy to wear in everyday situations.
The contrast between the matte suede exterior and the smooth grain side visible on the inside highlights the natural character of the leather, adding depth and individuality to the unlined construction.
Materials & Craftsmanship
This garment is made from vegetable-tanned buffalo leather. The leather is first oiled to prepare it for dyeing. After the garment has been sewn, additional oil is applied during the piece-dyeing process in a rotating drum.
Buffalo leather is characterized by its rich texture, distinctive grain, and strong yet flexible nature. Its unique surface expression develops further through the piece-dyeing process, creating depth and individuality in each garment.
After piece dyeing, the garment is left to dry naturally over an extended period. During this stage, its shape and dimensions are carefully adjusted by hand.
Once completely dry, the leather is oiled again and polished to enhance its texture and character.
All of these processes are carried out in-house and by hand.
