material: vegetable tanned sheep leather (vegetable tanning) 0.9/1.0mm
We oil the tanned leather in order to make a good base for dyeing. After sewing, we add oil to the products again when piece dyeing in turbins
Contrary to its heavy appearance, the sheep leather is very light and soft.
You can wear this model comfortably from the start.
After the piece dyeing process, there is the lengthy natural drying of the products. Meanwhile, we hand correct the size. Then we oil and polish them when they are completely dry.
All these processes are performed inhouse and by hand.
We use suede for this model and sand the bulging parts to create color shade.

Leather thickness is 0.9/1.0 mm.
It has a strong, horse-leather-like finish while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel.
