HORSE LEATHER BAG TOTE H-3
A larger version of the H-3 tote, designed with the same balance of handles, straps, and leather details. The simple construction keeps the natural expression of the horse leather at the center of the design.
The extended zipper creates a wide opening, making it easier to access and organize the contents. With enough capacity for an overnight or short 1–2 day trip, the bag combines generous storage with a practical structure that remains easy to carry.
Materials & Craftsmanship
This bag is made from vegetable-tanned horse leather.
The leather is first oiled to prepare it for dyeing. After the bag has been constructed, it undergoes the piece-dyeing process, followed by a slow period of natural drying.
During drying, the shape of the bag is carefully adjusted by hand. Once completely dry, the leather is oiled and polished by hand to bring out its depth, natural texture, and individual character.
The combination of vegetable-tanned horse leather and piece dyeing creates subtle variations in color and surface from piece to piece. With use, the leather gradually develops greater depth, sheen, and a character unique to the owner.
All finishing processes are carried out in-house and by hand.
