HIGH COLLAR ZIP FRONT JACKET
Darts are used to create a three-dimensional finish.
An appropriate margin under the arms eliminates the need for an armpit piece and allows a wider range of arm movement.

Material, manufacturing process and special treatment
Raw material: vegetable-tanned white horse leather (vegetable tanning)
We oil the tanned leather in order to make a good base for dyeing. After sewing, we add oil to the products again during the piece-dyeing process in turbines.
Compared to other leathers, horse leather shrinks in an irregular manner. Thus, we determine a suitable area for cutting out each part of the product, taking this into account.
After the piece-dyeing process, the products undergo a lengthy natural drying process. Meanwhile, we correct the size by hand. Once they are completely dry, we oil and polish them. All these processes are performed in-house and by hand.
