HORSE LEATHER SHIRT COLLAR ZIP BLOUSON LINED JB-6 TYPE 2
A zip-front blouson crafted from vegetable-tanned horse leather, featuring a classic shirt collar and a clean, structured silhouette.
Material, Manufacturing Process and Special Treatment
The horse leather is treated with oil before cutting and sewing, then piece-dyed in rotating drums with additional oil. As horse leather shrinks irregularly during dyeing, the cutting layout is carefully planned to account for this characteristic.
After dyeing, the garment is left to dry naturally, with its dimensions adjusted by hand throughout the process. Once completely dry, the leather is oiled and polished by hand. All these processes are carried out in-house by hand.
The result is supple leather with rich color, natural creases, and subtle variations in tone and texture.
Design and Details
The shirt collar and concealed front zipper create a clean, understated appearance, while the three-dimensional pattern and carefully positioned seams give the blouson its distinctive shape.
Side pockets and zippered cuffs complete the design.
Designed with a regular fit, the blouson gradually conforms to the body through wear, developing natural creases and a changing sheen that give each piece its own individual character over time.
