Material, manufacturing process and special treatment
Raw material: vegetable tanned horse leather 1.4/1.5mm
Horse rump leather (including cordovan layer)
Cordovan layers are randomly placed to make a contrast between shiny and mat parts
We hand dye this product after sewing and then piece dye.
After the piece dyeing process, there is the lengthy natural drying of the products. Meanwhile, we hand correct the size. Then we oil and polish them when they are completely dry.
All these processes are performed inhouse and by hand.
We iron the suede by hand to create a contrasting texture.
